How to visit us
By TRAIN (easier)
QST is located near the JR Inage Station on the JR Sobu line connecting Narita International Airport and Tokyo Station. Take the JR Sobu line, either rapid or local, to Inage Station (approximately 40 min from Tokyo Station and 50 min from Narita International Airport on the rapid train). Go out through the east exit (on your left as you come out of the main ticket gate), walk straight ahead and turn right at the second traffic light. Follow that road all the way to the QST main gate at the top of the hill on the left (10-min walk), or take the Keisei bus for Sanno-cho from stop No.2 at the rotary outside the east exit of JR Inage Station and get off at Hoiken seimon/ QST main gate, the first stop (fare: 100yen).
By CAR
The highway is also available from both metropolitan Tokyo and Narita International Airport. Get off the highway at Anagawa IC. Turn to the right at the first traffic signal, and then follow the sign in the direction of Inage Station (JR).
However, as this route is quite complicated, it is not recommended if you are not used to driving in Japan.
Within the grounds of QST
AMR is in the Research Building for Charged Particle Therapy (at the upper-right corner in the map). Please receive your temporary ID card at the security station near at main gate before entering QST. Walk to our building and open the locked door with your temporary ID card. Go upstairs to the 4th floor and find us in room R-403, R-421, or R-423. (Please note the AMR logo on the door)
